Shipping & Delivery Information

Creature Comforts uses Post Canada Regular Parcel Post to ship all products ordered. Customers choosing the PayPal payment option can typically expect to receive purchases within 4-7 business days from the day the order is placed on our website. Orders paid for with a money order will be shipped immediately upon money order receipt. Orders paid for with a personal cheque will be held for up to ten days to allow for bank clearance.

The following charges are applied to each item ordered:

    Other Products $6.00/CND - $5/US

The charges displayed above cover both shipping and handling costs.

Infrequently, for unforseen reasons, delivery may be delayed. Before initiating a delivery inquiry, we ask customers to wait 14 days for orders shipped to locations within Canada and the U.S.

Creature Comforts Guarantee

Each Creature Comforts clothing item is custom made to your specifications. We do not pull your order off the shelf. That is why we ask for accurate body measurements for your dog and gender and breed information as well. With your help, Creature Comforts can create your dog's garment with perfect fit in mind. If you are not completely delighted with your purchase and the way it fits your dog, we will replace your order or offer a full refund.

For all our products, your complete satisfaction is our goal and guaranteed. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it to us within 30 days of taking delivery. Please use the Request General Support link above (in the Email Contacts section of this page) to initiate the return process. We will promptly replace your order to your satisfaction or give you a full refund.

I have received my order, but it is not the product I selected. What should I do?

Return the product to Creature Comforts within 30 days of delivery, and we will gladly correct the fit or refund your purchase price. Please use the Request General Support link above (in the Email Contacts section of this page) to initiate the return process. Be sure to include your order number in your request. (You may be asked to repeat and re-send your dog's body measurements to help us provide a better fit. -- please review provided instructions).

The product I ordered from you is defective. What should I do?

A week has gone by and I have not received my order. What should I do?
Creature Comforts uses the Post Canada Regular Parcel service to deliver products. Sometimes delays may occur. Please wait 14 days before initiating an inquiry.
